Car was not as described

this guy (stebargains !) made me the swap proposal which i accepted !,but then told me he would not even meet halfway !,as no tax on st220,so i then told him to tax it and i wld repay him the cash on fri when we swapped ,but didnt want to do that either !

this guy made me a swap proposal !!,then no further contact from him ???

another time waster,made me a swap proposal then asked me where i lived !,then nothing ????,and i was going to travel to him aswell as not far atall ????

i was offered the swap proposal and i accepted !,as a bmw m sport is what i am really after !,i then set up delivery address and then he asked for my phone number !,but no call or nothing from him ?????,total waste of time !!!!!

the vectra had other faults !!!
