Tried using the excuse that he forgot to send it recorded delivery so that it was unable to be traced. User reply: I DID SEND IT FIRST CLASS, THIS WAS MY FIRST USE OF ROYAL MAIL IT COST ME £100 TO LEARN A LESSON.
