MY DVD NEVER ARRIVED DON'T TRUST THIS SWAPPER.
User reply: have been in hospital, no way to contact swapper. swapper had my telephone number, with no comms regarding the item, if he had rung, he would have found out what was going on. DVD WILL BE POSTED TO YOU FIRST THING TOMORROW MORNING

After a few emails I think we both came out with different views on this swapz.Pity the xbox games dont work in our console.just cannot sort it.not knowing much about xboxes.But with swapz..you WIN SOME..LOOSE SOME..thats life..just a little bit of bad luck this time around..maybe our next swapz could be better..and give good rating then..Things will sortout in time..regards to your side.thanks
User reply: This was a combined swap, 3 xbox games for 3 kids dvds. I posted first. I then rec\'d the dvds. A copy, a disk of trailers and 1 original dvd (where all 3 where ment to be original full dvds). Left apropriate rating and rec\'d this in return.
When swapper informed me (only last night) that the xbox games were not working I offered for him to post them back and that I would post other games out suitable for his son. Couldnt offer a swap back as I had thrown the copy and trailer disk into the bin as soon as I rec\'d them.
If I could have done anything different in this sitution please let me know what could have been done better. I am an honest person and hope other swappers to be the same. (This is my first bad experience on this site, and hope to keep it that way.) |
