I send all my swaps using at least recorded first class (includes a tracking service), and expect anybody I swap with to do the same.

**I do not take scammers lightly. When you take something by lying and then not paying that's theft and fraud, which is very illegal. I will use all possible means to bring anyone that tries to scam me to justice, including the Police and courts if necessary, regardless of swap value.**
