User reply: I sent 5 emails in total apart from the data/address set up standard emails, and waited a week for you to send which was agreed and I posted yours out within 48 hours of receiving, cant understand why you rated me down. This information is for other people to see that i have been unfairly rated.

User reply: The Ds although you stated as the back light not working properly, now that i have had feedback from my daughter, it is a pure write off and only fit for the bin, you cant see anything on it. I sent you a new new 20 pounds bag and a psp game worth 15 pounds, will not swop with you again. I never got the charger you promised to send either after it arrived without one. Talk about taking advantage of a Newbie.
