User reply: i would like to add on here we arranged to do things next day delivery we also paid 9 pounds for the insurance on the item in case of damage on item he is now wanting to re rate us as he says the items box was stoood on in transit { my post office has checked it was not } any damage must have been your end we have no problem with swaps ever and might i add i dont like people lieing to us about the day the post items or when they say they lose the tracking numbers i have made a complaint about this guy and will never deal with again slow from his end aint the word he posted the item 2 days after he recived ours and lied to us what a waste of space you are m8
