User reply: Yeah, i was arranging the day we would send our items off, and then i sent my vouchers off and she never sent anything back!

User reply: The vouchers ran out 2 days after she recieved them, so i sent her some more, but as they were in the post she left this feedback, but she apologised, so its all sorted now! :-)
