User reply: My Children were ill, I DID inform her of that. I apologise for not being prompt however it was not at the top of my priority list. I keep getting not nice e-mails from her event though she now has the item but she has blocked me so is very unfair not to give me the chance to defend myself. If you are going to mail me please at least give me the option to defend myself.
I Apologise to Ria23 for her inconvenience. she DOES now have her item. I didnt not reply to ALL of her e-mail as she was sending upwards of 3 per day, And as my children were ill and in and out of hospital i was not online everyday so that why communication was slow! |
