Not happy with the chain it is not sterling silver as stated very misleading!!!! the delivery slow due to not enough paid for postage and bad weather sorry but i am being honest i swapped for a silver chain and pendant i said pendant was not silver but the chain is and it's stamped this chain is not stamped and can clearly see it's cheap and tacky

Very disappointed with this swap, although I have to say the item itself is lovely and just as described and for that reason I gave full marks in the "honesty of description" catagory. HOWEVER... This swap took a month to arrive. It seems that the reason for this is because the swapper only attached a first class stamp to the envelope, rather than getting the packet properly paid for, and because of this there was delay and I had to pay to receive the packet. As the swapper had sent both of the swapz in seperate envelopes even though we arranged the swaps at the same time, this cost me £2.20 in total to receive and took a month to arrive. The swapper then went on to leave me feedback which ruined my perfect feedback score of 5. 190 swapz have all given me 5 out of 5 feedback but this swapper didnt, yet gave no reason, just marked me down in the speed of delivery catagory, yet I sent the swap within 3 days of us arranging it, in a padded envelope, first class and they said they received it a day later! I am not sure why they decided to spoil my perfect feedback score for this as I state in my profile that I send items first class and what days I can send on, plus we communicated about what days we would each send the parcels on and they said it was all fine! This is the first negative feedback I have ever left on this site. I will ask the site to remove it if two conditions are fufilled: 1: this swapper also gets the site to remove the feedback they left that spoilt my perfect score. 2: The swapper reimburses me my £2.20. I am happy to provide digital photos to proove I had to pay. I am unlikely to receive these things any time soon though, as the swapper has signed off the site until january according to their profile, with no contact.
