Swap history

been waiting for reply and find out what is happening with swap but no answer

sorry mate new to site didnt want to do str8 swap mine worth more wanted 50 quid aswel up to you

did not go ahead.other guy drew out.

swap never took place never heared from swapper again

swap did not work out but he is a top bloke

User reply: right i have left this on without commenting on it for quite a while now as all my other feed back should say what i am like to swap with and everyone can not be wrong. here goes. yes we swapped laptops his was a lot older then mine was and a lot lower spec but my nieces laptop was not a very good make and are not a lot of ££££ to but so it kind of ballenced it out a bit. anyway we did the swap we got the items in the post and well you could say i got a brick and an old laptop but it worked apart from the slot in dvd drive and wouldnt read anything but ok fine. i said i would live with it because it would have cost me about £25 to send back. when he got the laptop that i sent he sent me a text said he was over the moon so i rated his swap and left him feed back then about 3 hours later text me saying it didnt work and wouldnt come on. now the first thing i did when i got his was try it out before i did anything. he then over the next few days told me he had it in a shop and had some memory put in to it and it was all ok. then it wasnt. i told him i would put a claim in to royal mail because it was insured because i payed extra on the poastage but he then said no it didnt matter he had sorted it out. now why would he say that unless it was something he had done. i got intouch with royal mail and my call was loged and asked them how i would go about sorting a claim out for something that has been damaged in the post and they said they would collect the item and look in to it. i told liverpoolfan this and he said it didnt matter. yes i got loads of emails from him bad texts off him phone calls off him and yes i ignored him because i was not getting anywhere with him. if you want to go off this bad comment and have doubts about swapping then just pass me by no problem. hope my side has come across well and thanks

prob with laptop just didnt ant to swap why it had fault
