DONE SWAP WHEN MY CAR GOT THERE PLASTIC CASE WAS SMASHED SAID NO PROBLEM SEND IT BACK WAS OFFERED A CHEAPER PHONE WHICH I TOOK BUT WHEN IT COME IT WAS LOCKED SO SENT IT BACK STILL WAITING FOR MY MODEL CAR TO BE SENT BACK THE GUY IS AS SLOW AS A SNAIL DOESNT ANSWER EMAILS DOSNT DO F@@K ALL BASICALLY WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH AGAIN FAR TO SLOW AND IGNORANT
User reply: sent a car worth over 50 quid in normal post wrapped like a fish lot, car and casing damaged, gave him code to unlock fone, no bubble wrap or protection on the item, yes i was slow to send item back but son was ran over by a car and snapped his leg in two places, wasnt at my pc as often as usual and with opening a new business returning the goods was the last thing on my mind, if they had been sent properly in the first place this would never have happened. I was completely responsible for slow return. |
