Description: Very misleading
Communication: Pretty good
Delivery: Fantastic
Overall:
Well, at first I was very plesaed. Good communication, turned up on time. THEN..... The car has a bald tire. He offers £20 cash to replace. He tells me the pictures on the advert were 8 months old He told me he misplaced all the paperwork, but seemed genuine... Everyone makes mistakes... He promised to write to DVLA to let them know of the change... 5 Weeks later I phone DVLA. No record of any letter. He told me how fresh and clean the oil in the car was. Great I thought. Next morning, there is an enormous oil stain on my driveway and NO oil in the engine. 3 inch crack in the sump that has been bodged with gun gum. I have had to fork out £200 for the new sump. He didn't tell me the exhaust was blowing. Turns out on of the Manifold bolts has snapped. Someone has tried to drill out the old snapped bolt and put a new one in which snapped again. Snapped again because the engine mounts are so knackered that the engine is rocking back and forward so hard. That is another £100 I forked out to sort that. Then, I see a balljoint that someone has hammered a pin into to hold it together. Another £50 to get that done. Oh, and the front shocks need replacing. I swapped a good car for this heap. I had just put it through an MOT and it passed with flying colours! So now, I am stuck with a car that I have just spend shit loads of money on, still with no V5 Logbook which is going to cost me another £25 So this is just a 'Thanks' to this swapper. I wish I would have just turned around and went home but I took the swappers word for the car being good. What a fool I was! Never trust anybody on this site. Most on here are just trying to off load old shit that is no good to honset genuine people.
