After a month of waiting and several messages asking what was happening only the first of which was answered with a promise to send the following Monday as the swapper was "away with work" I tried to phone the swapper, no answer on landline so I texted his mobile got back "What swap?" after several exchanges explaining which swap he said he didn't want to swap I asked why since HE contacted me? His reply was "I made the offer just to mess you around" Charming chap I would avoid him at all costs if I were you.
