so annoyed. receved clothes with rips and marks on. just because i sent my ring by 2nd class not recorded. they said that i havent sent it because i cant prove tracking. rang giving me abuse on the fone. saying they are going to send pizzas to my house. ect. this account belongs to an 11 YEAR OLD BOY. his parents didnt even know he was swapping. when the ring didnt arrive they strating ringing my house ect. DO NOT USE THIS SWAPPER! yes i didnt send the ring recorded i just think they are saying the ring didnt arrive because there son has swapped clothes they didnt want him to swap and now they want them back!. pathetic! DO NOT TRUST THEM! DONT USE THEM
