THIS GUY IS A LITTLE WEASEL HE SENT ME A FAULTY LAPTOP, WONT ANSWER HIS PHONE, HE TRYS TELLING ME THAT ITS THE ROYAL MAILS FAULT BUT I HAVE SPENT THE LAST 2 DAYS IN CONTACT WITH HP TRYING TO GET IT SORTED OUT! THEY HAVE SAID THAT IT IS DUE TO AGE AND IT WOULDNT BE A PROBLEM THAT WOULD HAPPEN IN TRANSIT OVERNIGHT I WONT BE DEALING WITH THIS P**CK AGAIN, HES A COMPLETE IDIOT, I HAVE REPORTED TO SWAPS AND TOLD HIM I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK ONE WAY OR ANOTHER, HES TOLD ME IN REPLY HES NOT A SHOP AND HE DOESNT PROVIDE ANY WARENTY ... WTF... I CONTACTED HIM THE DAY I GOT IT AND TOLD HIM IT WAS FAULTY! HE EVEN GETS HIS MRS TO ANSWER THE PHONE TO WEASEL OUT OF EXPLAINING HIMSELF, HOUNEST SWAPPER - YEH RITE! DONT TRUST THIS GUY AT ALL!!!!!
