User reply: I am extremely disappointed in this rating. I paid £20 by paypal immediately on agreeing the swap. The items arrived a little over a week latert and most of the CD's were badly scratched and/or the cases significantly damaged. To rate me badly after I completed my part of the swap immediately is a joke.
