theres no hard feeling but phone battery did not work in cordless phone,the communication was fantastic and postage was good to,i'm ganna keeep the phone and buy a new battery 4 it as it is worth it but i cant rate u high marks sorry but like i said theres no hard feeling and would swap again,must add this man was very helpful to get the phone working and seemed very honest,the battery must of messed up in the month it was not in use
