User reply: swapper was asked to attend the viewing but declined and sent his wife who failed to look round the vehicle properly i did take her for a test drive which she then stated that she was happy with it i suggest in future you send the monkey and not the organ grinder to do your viewing. your complain has been noted with our complaints team who will endever to respond to you within the next 12 months but please note this could be longer during the festive period.
