User reply: unfair rating which his reason was the xpress music had only 2gb although the phone internal memory is 16gb as its the s60 version, if i had know what he put i wouldnt have gave him 5.0 as he described the monitor at 22\" although when received wrapped in news paper and no protection its a 17\" monitor with scratches and a crack on the rear of the casing but yet i still gave him 5\" be carefull when leaving feedback for this guy he will stab you in the back make him leave his first so counteraction can be given..... but on the positive side he his trustworthy and you will get your swap even if posted and not the best packageing but at least it works which i think is a little bit of luck more than anything to be honest....take heed..not a fair feedback leaver givinging the circumstances....Andie i can send pics of packageing to anyone that require it in caser your swapping via post so you know what to expect....Andie
