Only just found out about this site so hoping to do some swapz. I am a fair and honest person and I aim to provide an excellent experience to everyone i deal with. I would expect good packaging and prompt delivery myself, so that is what I want to provide to you. So please contact me with any questions you may have about items in my swapz here is some things i do in my spare time to give you an idea of what interests me.. Gym, Mountain biking, PC/console Gaming, Gadgets (phones,tablets & pc hardware) that type of thing also if you are not sure what to offer i will also accept Xbox live points or Xbox live Gold.

So with that said here is how i will be doing things if you can't agree to the following there is no point making contact.

1) If you have a lower rating than me or no rating at all, you will have to send first this will also apply if you make the proposal.
2) I will respond to any question or proposals & will endeavour to answer as soon as possible, I do have a life and i am not always on-line.
3) If swapping a mobile phone i will require the IMEI Number, so that i can check it
4) I will describe Items as honestly as i can if there is something you wish to know - Just Ask.
5) You are responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods in the event you wish to return them also I must be notified of any problems within 10 days of despatch or 7 days of delivery, whichever is earlier. I will notify you when the item has been sent.
6) To ensure the highest level of security all electrical items will have there SN and/or IMEI number recorded.
7) Please make sure that you can complete a proposed swap within 3 days of it being agreed. If you cannot complete within 3 days (eg you are holiday) then please let me know beforehand, I am sure we can sort something out. otherwise I reserve the right to offer the item to another swapz.
8) All items will be sent by Recorded, Special delivery or next day courier(depending on the value) and will require a signature on arrival., Your item may be mailed in 2nd hand packaging (this is for reasons of cost and environmental concerns).

Finally…

I am just a private individual swapping off surplus items from around the house - I am not a shop! If you have a problem with a swap, contact me before posting negative feedback. Read, and understand, the description before making a proposal or showing interest. I cannot give guarantees, but I will do my best to sort things out if you have a fair and justifiable reason for wishing to return an item
