150cc quad runs ok but needs some tlc

I got this as part of a deal but not got the time to spend on it,
It's a 150cc quad not sure of make, Lincoln or cobra maybe?
it runs ok and quick but does need a couple of things doing, ie there is no rear brake and needs something done to the chain pulls, plastics are cracked, and maybe a couple of bushes etc
wheels, tyres and shocks are good "see photos" has a key to start.
Quite a large quad, you'd need a trailer or van to collect this, or large estate at least and put the handle bars down on it to get it in.
