Paneled out in the back for use as a camper van, we have just finished doing the Norfolk/ Suffolk coast over a fortnight and it was great fun with not so much as a hint of bother.
Lots of storage under the paneling for luggage/ cooker etc.
Paneling can be easily removed for use as a van/ truck
High and low range are all excellent, however 3rd gear occasionally pops out but this is no trouble really
Soft top with windows 2 either side and one to the rear
Drop down tailgate
Tow bar and electrics, all working, Towed my boat effortlessly.
Engine runs like a dream but if you know about these things they are not the quietest mode of transport.
My mechanic said that this is the best engine that he has seen and could not believe it is 42 years old
A real classic and a real eye catcher we had people waving at us when driving through the villages
Freshly hand painted inside and out
This Land Rover is ready to go now, if you wish to tinker with it you will always find little odds and sods to do on them, its all part of the fun
