Honda Novio PF50 Project with V5

I swapped this with another project I had however I am out of funds... The engine has had new crank bearing and clutch fitted however was running before being stripped.
Honda Novio 50 1975, had loads of money spent on it! 600+ The Frame is powder coated Candy Apple Green, The hubs have been Chromed, engine cases, fork legs, pedal stems, cogs, valve cases...Haynes Manual
It will need new rims/spokes, cables, seat cover, chain, nuts and bolts...Parts are available under the name of Honda PF50 and Graduate.
