The Village of TOPCHII is about 18km from the city of Razgrad on the main road "Ruse-Varna", respectively on the Danube River (Ruse) and Black Sea Coast (Varna), and also about 50km from the lovely port city of Ruse. Around the village there are lakes, rivers, forests, hills, rock massifs and a beautiful nature.

A scenic river passes through the village and is surrounded by beautiful clifs and forests. Weekends and holidays are filled with young people who live in the big cities. The main occupation are animals and agriculture. In the village almost everything grows... and fruits and herbs.

The Ethnographic Museum in the village was the first of its kind the the region of Razgrad. At about 20km away from the village there is the Archaeological Complex Sboryanovo, dating from the Thracian times. There are also many caves in the region, and wild forests too.

The region is very sought after by foreigners and many already own holiday and permanent properties there. The village is surrounded by a picturesque nature and spetacular views to the countryside!! It has all amenities needed for a basic living, such as shops, bars, post office, town hall, regular transport to nearby towns and villages, etc.

The closest ski resort is in "Uzana", the geographic center of Bulgaria, located only a few miles from the lovely City of Veliko Turnovo.

The coastal City of Varna, with its famous Black Sea beach resorts and International Airport is only about 140km away.

The village is located at approximately 370km to the capital City Sofia & International Sofia Airport, and about 130km away to the City of Bucharest (RO) and its International Airport "Otopeni".

Razgrad municipality is situated along the valley of the Beli Lom River in the direction southeast - northwest, 37 miles away from City of Ruse, 80 miles away from City of Varna and Black Sea, 34 miles away from Town of Shumen and 22 miles away from Town of Targovishte. The district borders Ruse, Targovishte, Shumen and Silistra regions.


Razgrad has for many centuries been a natural crossroads, crossed by important road arteries, connecting Central Europe with the Black Sea region and Asia. The first class road Ruse-Varna and a railway line, which are the shortest strategic connection between the Danube and the Black Sea, pass through the municipality's administrative centre.


Razgrad dates back from Thracial times. Centuries after that, the Romans build a town-fortress called Arbitrus. They have left us a heritage – 4 kg of pure gold – Bulgaria’s biggest gold coin treasure. There is another cultural heritage in the district – unique Thracian tomb, which is in UNESCO’s list of World Cultural Heritage.


The hunting site of Voden offers wonderful conditions for hunting tourism. The populations of red and fallow deer, wild boar, aurochs and moufflon are regarded high as trophies in the region.
