Vauxhall astra 04 plate 1.8 convertible

Here I have a 04 plate 1.8 astra convertible with only 96.5k miles. In all working order.
I have recently bought a new car and now looking for £1300 Ono or swap for a smaller engine for my step son to learn in (preferably a 1 litre) and cash.
What have you got?
Bad points.
2 front tyres need replacing as they are on the limit/just passed it?
Vehicle has just been sorned, due to the new tax law, I felt it was pointless to tax vehicle knowing I would lose money due to the swapping of owners.
Vehicle is MOT 'd until march 2015.
There is a small dent to right hand side wing, due to my fence falling on it.
Other than that a brilliant car.
