"INTO ROLE" one to one support for professionals

Greetings. I have over 30 years commercial experience in a variety of roles in private, public and voluntary sector organisations. An ex Fellow of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences UEA, I now lecture Applied Psychology part-time, and independently specialise in coaching professionals making the transition into new work roles. This is a confidential service, and clients include: junior doctors; police officers, teachers and managers, some contract my services direct others via their employer.
Skill Development could include: confidence building; public speaking; handling challenging situations / people; time utilisation; running meetings / briefings; managing stress and work-life balance. Interventions are underpinned by a combination of Buddhist Philosophy and Positive Psychology.
The first consultation is always free, as it is important for the Client and myself to ascertain the potential to work together collaboratively. Fees are very reasonable, and the Client can choose to terminate the work with no penalty at any time.
