Up for sale is my stunning Seat Leon 2.0 16V T FSI FR, first registered in March 2007. The car comes with 12 months MOT, 4 months Tax and has had only 1 previous owner prior to myself. This car comes with a full documented service record (mainly dealer history). All previous receipts and MOT certificates included! The car has covered just 78k effortless miles and has been enthusiast owned and maintained regardless of cost from the day it left the showroom. All original books and manuals present with the car. 1x electronic key fob and 1x spare key included.

Now for the Huge SPEC: Finished in a stunning Metallic Black, looks amazing and very sought after. Black/Dark Grey sport bucket seats with FR logo embedded and genuine SEAT mats. 6 speed manual gearbox which effortlessly accelerates through the rev range. Factory fitted AUX iPod/iPhone connectivity. Multi-functional sports steering wheel and cruise control, plus all usual refinements. The car also benefits from a few upgrades to get the car up to the spec I wanted it.

- 18" Audi S5 style alloy wheels with Falken FK452 performance tyres all round for ultimate handling.

- Stage 1 combined Performance/Economy remap which takes the power of the car up to 250bhp and slightly improves fuel economy which is surprisingly good for a car of this stature. Please do not mistake this for a cheap poor quality remap/chip. This remap was done by Performance Torque who are highly thought of in the tuning industry. It cost £300 and I have the receipt and a print out of the rolling road to show before and after figures. I would also like to point out that the remap does not mean that this car has been abused or thrashed in any way whatsoever.

- Brake Calipers painted red to enhance the look of the car.

SERVICING: The car has been maintained regardless of cost and it shows. The service book is present and showing all the main dealer service stamps plus loads of receipts. I have had the clutch and flywheel replaced in June the car is driving like new!

COSMETICS: The car looks excellent. The paintwork is in very good condition for a car of this age and only has the usual stone chips and 2 very minor scuffs on the rear bumper which are expected. The alloys are in excellent condition as well as the interior. The car has never been involved in any accidents and is HPI clear.

SUMMARY: The vehicle has never been abused or neglected. It has always been warmed up properly before being driven and cooled down before turning off. The power delivery is spot on and it returns very good mpg for a car of this stature, you really couldnt ask for more. This has to be one of the nicest examples around and is the perfect combination of a sporty hatchback which can also be used as a family car as it is very spacious!

Will be very sad to see it go. Only selling as I am looking to buy a BMW 3 Series. This car wont be around long as it is reasonably priced for a car like this (Year, Condition, History etc).
