here i have up for sale is a 54 plate mk5 golf gti

ENGINE

its a 2.0 turbo with 200BHP

engine runs great and gets you to where you wanna be in no time, and drove careful still get great MPG.

engine has recently had 2 oil changes as the sump has been removed and been made stronger, the timing chain has also been replaced as last one was out timing, so engine is runnig much better and tighter.

it has had new air filter and spark plugs changed within last 2 months. I have also fitted a new recuirclating valve, as this is a common fault and they split, also added a FORGE dump valve, always good to hear a dumping turbo,

engine has never let me down, never misses a beat, and great fun for driving.

MPG.. not as bad as you think, if drove steady and i mean steady through town you can easily reach 40mpg, on long runs its great, but as i said all depends how driven.



BODYWORK

the paint on it at the minute is plastic dip.. THIS IS TOTALLY REMOVABLE... same as viynl but its a spray viynl, i have had this car for around 7 months and i have had it 3 or 4 coulour, simply pick at a corner and it will peel off like a big sticker, saying this its very durable and looks great, this stops stone chips and also very easy to keep clean, its still down on log book as a grey car, but this is totally legal and i can assure you.

that being said if you do choose to pull the plastic dip off the paint undeathh is great, and still has a great metalic shine about it, so all up to you what coulour you prefer.

smooth plate.. i still have the bits so you can have plate on front.



WHEELS/suspension

the wheels are 18x8 hellios of a vw phantom, great wheels and took me a while to find them, i wrapped them with brand new tyers, and look great. tyers are around 3 months old now,but plenty of tread left on them.

fk street coilovers been fitted, all the way down at the back , and still can go lower at front, but my area i live its just not worth it. i can raise these before you come if wanted



INTERIOR

interior is all the orginal GTI interior (tarten) very clean no cigareete burns/water marks etc. cleaned atleast 2 times a week. inside has been flocked on certain parts, once again easily removed if you want it different, the only down side of the interior is their is a few marks on drivers side handle, but on all honesty nothing to worry about and £20 for a new one, all orginal matts are in front and back, i have put a aux cable into the back of head unit so you can play mp3 iphone etc. subwoofer can come aswell for extra £80,



Overall is a lovelly car, and i love driving this and i take it to alot of car shows throughout the year, and i will be sad to see this go, but another car has turned up and im in need of the cash to go towards it, feel free to ring/text/message anytime for any infomation, happily have a chat
