Skoda octavia vrs VW audi Subaru car

For sale Skoda Octavia VRS 1.8 turbo, mileage is 102000, M.O.T: Jun 2015, Taxed till Jan 2015.
Half leather interior, climate control, air conditioning, electric front and back windows, power steering, 5 disc c.d multi changer, 2 keys, v5 in my name, full service history and loads of paperwork/ invoices to show regular maintenance, all old M.O.T's included.
Clean car for age and drives lovely. Change of job forces sale.
Needs a new front driver side tyre as it's toughing the limit, engine management light is on, a local garage has told me it's a faulty air flow sensor it has no affect on the the car, driver side door will only lock with key and not with central locking. The car still drives faultless as these issues are very minor. I am being as honest as I can and any test drive/inspection welcome (on production of valid insurance).
I have specified both the pro's and cons for the car, the minor issues raised are reflected in the cars price and I will not reduce the price any lower than £1000, no time wasters please.
