FZS 600 FAZER 95bhp
Location: East Anglia - Lowestoft
Sell Price: £900
Description:
Ok so here we have it, my 2000 FZS 600 Fazer, got the bike 2 years ago now as my first 'big bike' and has served me very well indeed. It has about 60k miles, clocks where changed at 55k by previous owner (don't let that scare you) but i have had no mechanical engine issues what so ever! proves these bikes are bullet proof! I have been at uni for a year and have enjoyed riding it through Kent's roads. Since ownership i have done many replacements and accessories which are on the motorcycle some was already on the bike when purchased.
Engine bars
Front smoked screen
Simmi exhaust can
Brand new Delkevic stainless steel downpipes (£180)
Stainless steel Rad cover
Meta Alarm/immobilizer system
Brand new EBC FRONT and REAR brake disks (about £360!)
Renthal Ultra low bars (fantastic bars are more comfortable!!)
Rebuilt Rear brake caliper
new front tyre
Smaller No. plate (not fitted)
New Chain and sprocket (D.I.D quality!)
As you can see it has many new parts fitted which lets just say where not cheap (basically evey pay package would go on the bike). I'm completely faithful to my bike and am not the sort to have the intention to leave it in a ditch or starve it from oil etc, regular maintenance is done (due to me collecting new parts for her), if i didnt think she was reliable i would not have spent that money!
As for a bike this age there is always a shy side to it. The bike does have Oxford heated grips which when they did work, they worked great! but recently, of which i am baffled about? is that the main control unit has melted and the circuit board is half exposed (on the underside may i add) i was deeply disappointed about the loss of this great piece of kit but its almost summer so at this current state it does not bother me. The usual scratches you would fine, and a crack in the left hand side of the fairing which is also missing a lug which causes the left inner panel to rattle, i simply blue tacked this down with my absolute DIY expertise! There is also a dent in the tank (right side) of which one of the previous owners seemed to have given her, I'm going to be honest this does not bother me all you get is the odd comment going "how did you do that dent" simple answer is .."i dont have a clue". Another point to add is that the speedo does not work as the speedo drive in the wheen is chipped only a £20 fix!! meaning that i go by revs which is accurate enough.
33BHP Restrictors can be supplied with bike if need be!
Thanks!
Looking for 900 nothing less, no offers saying 600 or silly stuff like that it may be a high mileage but i have spend alot of money which will save you £££ in the long run!!
