Brand new iPhone 5s gold 16gb

This is a brand new handset replaced by insurance, not a contract handset. There is a charger but no head phones as they wouldn't replace them too, phone is in it's original scratch resistant plastic wrapping and box and has never been set up. It's an 02 replacement but the insurance company have told me it's sim free until a sim is put into it, then it will be locked to that network.
