VW Golf GTI Mk 3

Looking to swap my 2.0ltr 5 valve Golf GTI mk 3 for a VW diesel.

Nippy for age! (Pulls like a train!)
CD player inc AUX inputs
Electric windows and sunroof
Central Locking
(This car is the greatest car i have ever owned and i am truly gutted about this!)

Bad Points
(With all cars there are some bad points!)
Offside rear panel needs filling in (Pic inc)
Nearside water jet needs unblocking
Exhaust seems to knock (is on securely but has done it since new exhaust system and CAT Converter went on)
