Here for sale I have my 1.1 Citroen Saxo Forte with 94k miles! This is a regrettable sale but due to me now owning my second car Honda Civic coupé this has to go. This car has felt like a member of the family I have owned it for 5 years and nearly all modifications I have done myself to make it look unique.

The car currently has nearly 6 moths tax as I paid for it just a few weeks ago and MOT until 23rd December 2014.

I have loads of receipts, MOT certificates, service receipts and receipts for work done on the car within the five years of ownership. I recently serviced the vehicle giving the engine a flush and new oil, spark plugs, oil, fuel and air filters and flushed and renewed the engine coolant.

First the modifications done to it!

• Custom fully smoothed rear boot which has been welded not filled and professionally sprayed with a boot popper installed for access.

• One of a kind rear bumper with a 106 GTI recess inserted and professionally moulded and sprayed. Work can only be appreciated in viewing. It has the original tailgate lights installed and wired to the normal lights so that they come on at night with the rest of the lights.

• BBS Chrome euro alloys which have been specially adapted on hub centric spacers to fit with space under the arches allowing people to sit in the back without any scrape of arches.

• BTB 4-2-1 manifold for improved exhaust gas flow

• GTI half leather rear seats few tears in the seat

• Raceland front black faux leather bucket seats with specially built brackets to hold the seatbelt pretensions.

• Professionally tuned audio system with JL audio front components, 250w amp supplying power to them. Vibe blackair 12 1600w active sub with the bass that can be controlled via a switch near the driver’s seat, this sub bass is intense! Pioneers stereo cd player.

• Biggest mod being the viper 5701 car alarm and remote engine start! It works as a car alarm, boot release, bonnet sensor and remote engine start that can be used to run and warm the car in the winter and cool the car in the summer. Can show the buyer all its features working on viewing. Never seen a saxo yet that has this installed!!

• Stereo is a DAB system so all stations are in DAB!

• Suspension lowered 50mm all around and Bilstein rear shocks installed on the rear suspension to help out the torsion bar.

• 8000k HID headlights

So the bad points not a lot really just typical saxo faults but I have been as honest as possible.

• Front wheel bearings need changing and are loud. The bearings work the same just very noisy which is a sign that they need changing. Priced it up and if your handy at car DIY jobs its £40 to get new bearings and have the old ones pressed out.

• Few age related bumps and scratches. easy fixable

Car runs a little rough on cold morning startup, but settles,drives and runs perfect after 10 mins. Every startup after the first is perfect heard this is a common issue with saxo's.

That’s it.

The price I’m asking for is £900 which considering the mods, mileage and way its been looked after is respectable.

Car is sold as seen as i own a new car now no need for me to keep this one and will allow you to fully look it over. I am happy for anyone to test drive it if you arrange some insurance for it. No insurance and proof of driving licence no test drive.
