Stomp 125cc on road pitbike (160cc)

Description:

I brought this bike about 2 months ago I have done some work on it.
The bike is in good condition just don't have time for it anymore.
The bike is registered on the log book as a 125cc but has a 160cc engine in it.
The bike has just gone through its first MOT being as the bike is only 3 years old, passed with no advisories.
I would personally say that it would be ideal to get a new front tyre being as it's a bit worn.
