Has a window 7 premium operating system, can deliver but has to be close by and would cost £15. All wires included, the PC runs cold, and runs perfect, it can play bf4 in ultra settings,

Have been upgrading this PC, it has a new graphics card, new chassis, and a new power supply, this is great for value, all together it costed me just short of a grand, worth every penny.
