One Bed Apartment Close to Beach in Bulgaria (rental)

Description:

We have a one bed ground floor apartment in the new part of Sozopol, on the Southern Black sea coast. It is basically furnished but has everything you need (although not a TV or washing machine) to enjoy a relaxing stay at the beach. There is a double bed room which also has a single bed in it, a shower room and a living area with a corner kitchen.

The complex is small with its own pool and is a 2 minute walk to the beach. The old UNESCO heritage site of old Sozopol is about a 25 minute walk away and the main "strip" is about 10 minutes away. Golden sandy beaches, warm sea, cheap restaurants.

Usually rents for 140 Euros a week for up to 3 (2 adults and a child) in low season 175 Euros a week in high season (July and August).

There is a 35 Euro cleaning fee and linen and towel hire fee on top of this - this would be paid locally.

The cost of eating out and drinking in Bulgaria is very cheap compared to the UK.
