I purchased this car back in December 2012 from 'The Sam' who is a member of here and a moderator of the Almera Owners Club. He had owned it for quite a while and kept it in very good condition. Since I have purchased it it has had anything it has ever needed from fresh calipers all round, New brakes, Brand new starter motor, Handbrake cables etc.

The car had a few mods when I bought it back then and has since been changed to suit my driving style and preference. I always built it as a second car as I have a company car to use so get very little use out of it. I designed it to be able to take up some back roads, have a great time and them be able to park it up and do the same the next weekend without any fear of it breaking. Since ive owned it the only thing that I have ever had to replace due to failure was the Starter motor.

Engine

1998 cc DOHC multi-point EFI. Only Sold locally in Japan. Was used in Serie and Lucino Japanese Variants (576 produced total). Featured compression ratio of 11.5:1, 264 duration @ 11.8 mm lift camshafts, unique valve springs, DET vales, portwork, piston oil squirters and unique pistons to achieve high compression. Power is stated at 185 bhp/130 kW @ flywheel. 196 nm@4800rpm.

The rear interior comes with the car but is unfitted.

The car comes with a folder of paperwork. Down to the first sale in the UK, The services with miles, All previous MOTS. Invoice for the Meister R Coilovers.

The car also has a Sigma alarm with remove central locking which is fully working.

I also have a full service kit which the car is due which will be provided with the sale.

Bad Bits

The car is starting to show its age. Paint is still in good condition but is a stone chips on the bonnet, The bumper has some scratches etc

The N/S/F Wing has been dropped before and has some dents in it. They could easily be removed by a paintless dent removal.

The O/S/F Door has a dent on the A pillar. It isnt hugely noticeable but again could be remove by Paintless Dent Removal

Both Wing mirror covers the paint has come off due to the heat in Japan. Would need repainting

The Front lip has taken a battering from how low the vehicle is, It has been painted black to cover this up.
