Good bits:
-about 80k on the clock.
-couple of months MOT.
-couple of weeks TAX.
-set of TSW alloy wheels (with crap tyres).
-set of stock steel wheels with orignal wheel trims (with good tyres).
-recently had two new shock absorbers and a wheel bearing in.
-drives like it's new, quite a lot of oomph for a 1.5, drove that car to Italy and back last summer quite happily. good on petrol, loads of luggage space in there.
Bad bits:
-STARTER MOTOR HAS DIED (only thing that's wrong with it really, £35 for replacement part on eBay). Fires up and runs perfectly fine after bump starting it.
-TAX runs out end of this month.
-Paint has faded a bit on the bonnet and the roof (although we call it freckles ).
-Clutch release bearing is noisy but it has been like that long before we've got it. Apparently the previous owner has installed a new clutch kit on it but didn't know how to change the bearing. It hisses at you when you press the clutch pedal. Works perfectly fine though
Wouldn't sell it and I would still be using it if we didn't get a new car. Sad to see it go really. I'd trust this car to go any distance at any time.
£300 and it's yours.
