Lightweight Elddis Shamal XLi 4 berth caravan

Lightweight 1996 Elddis Shamal XLi. Large double bed up front, also living area. Single bunk beds at the rear. Both with tables. Soft pink interior throughout including curtains. Blinds and fly nets on all windows. 3 way fridge, with freezer box. Hot and cold water, powered by mains 240v or gas. Electric OR gas blown air heating. Cassette toilet, sink and shower. Gas oven and hob. All seating areas are sprung for extra life and comfort. Plenty of storage cupboards, wardrobe, drawers and under seat storage. Complete with 3/4 length awning. Has been a seasonal (static) tourer most of its life, and little used since. There is no damp but a section of floor has become de-laminated. There is a kit on eBay available to repair it, but I just don't have the time. I am not open to swapz on this, just a sale as it is no longer used.
